I think what makes a good portrait by the uniqueness of the picture and the the position of the picture and the how the person takes the picture with a smile or a frown or just plane face and you have have to like make you self look your best. because the one with the girl and the dress is good because she has that flaunt to make a good picture and the girl with blue paint is good because of the uniqueness of it and how it is just so crazy and weird it just looks very cool.
